Sylvia Drive, Ruth Ann Drive and Helen Circle Resurfacing – Monday, October 23, 2023 through Wednesday, October 25, 2023

Beginning on Monday, October 23, 2023 and continuing through Wednesday, October 25, 2023, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Department will be asphalting Sylvia Drive, Ruth Ann Drive and Helen Circle. Asphalt work will begin each day at 6:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. until the project is complete. During these hours each day, lane closures will result in the roadway being reduced to a single lane of traffic with flaggers present and a reduced speed of 15 MPH. Travelers are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City crews on site should they need to access their driveways. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
