The City of Sedalia wants your input!

Do you want to allow “Tiny Homes” to be constructed and used on lots that, due to their size may be unable to be built upon under the current zoning code? This could allow for one-family dwellings to be built that are 250-650 square feet. The current minimum is 650 square feet.
