The City intends to replace eight of the nine inverters in the solar array at the City of Sedalia’s Water Filtration Plant located at 28200 Waterworks Road and then raise all nine inverters to be even with the top edge of the existing solar panels.

Scope of Work
During a rain event in 2022, this solar array was partially submerged under floodwaters making it inoperable. Repairs need to be made in order to restore the solar array to operating condition. This work will include:
- Replace the eight damaged power inverters with new units.
- Replace PV Ag Panel Interior.
- Replace communications box and equipment and then coordinate the setup of monitoring system.
- Raise all nine inverters and the PV Ag Panel to be even with the top edge of the existing solar panels. Bid is to include all material and labor associated with installation of new structures, if needed.
- String test the complete system to determine functionality and advise of additional repairs.
