City of Sedalia Personalized Banner Program

Smith-Cotton High School’s Homecoming is quickly approaching on October 7, 2022. As part of our community’s “Let’s Cross Paths” initiative, downtown Sedalia will be outfitted with this message on pole banners during Homecoming week.

Do you have a person, class or memory you would like to honor? Personalized banners are now available for $75! The $75 is the first year fee that includes the cost of the banner, installing and taking down the banner, plus storing it for the next year. If you would like to retain your banner location and continue displaying your banner in future Homecomings the cost will be $40 next year and the following years. Buyers do have the option of keeping the banner if they want it displayed only for Homecoming 2022. The location of your banner will be established on a first come-first-served basis.

Payments for the personalized banners are due by August 30, 2022 and may be submitted through the Finance Department at the Municipal Building, 200 S. Osage Avenue, Sedalia, MO 65301 or over the phone at (660) 827-3000. Once payment has been received, you will be transferred to Joleigh Cornine who will help you pick your banner location. Once your location has been selected, you will then be directed to our designer in order to personalize your banner. All designs must be finalized and approved by September 5, 2022.
