Xi Beta Upsilon, chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, with the assistance of the Mayor and the City Council are pleased to announce the winners of the City’s 44th annual outdoor Christmas Light Contest.

  • Third Place Winner — David Hilton – 1409 S. Prospect Ave.
