Ukrainian Festival – Downtown Sedalia Road/Parking Lot Closures, Sat., April 29, 2023
The City of Sedalia Public Works Department will be closing several streets and some parking spaces in the downtown area on Sat., April 29, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. The street closures are planned so that vehicle traffic will not inhibit children and other pedestrians moving freely between activities at the Ukrainian Festival planned in the area surrounding the Downtown Pavilion. The following street and parking lot closures are planned:
- South Ohio Ave. from the mid-block alley of the 100 Block of S. Ohio Ave. south to 3rd St.;
- 2nd St. from 110 W. 2nd St. to the east side of 101 E. 2nd St.
- Portions of the City parking lot within the 200 block between S. Ohio Ave. and S. Lamine Ave. will also be closed. The parking lot indicated on the enclosed map with a star will be closed starting Friday, April 28, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 12:00 a.m.
We apologize for any inconvenience these road closures may cause, but encourage everyone to come out and participate in the festival.
